| The living room is comfortably furnished in an assortment of rattan furniture and is equipped with a CD/cassette/radio music system. Throughout the house, rooms are decorated with many pieces of artwork purchased in such places as Indonesia, Australia, Solomon Islands, Kingdom of Tonga, Cook Islands, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Central and South America, Mexico, East Africa, Egypt, Thailand, Malaysia and of course Fiji. |

| The kitchen modern and fully-equipped with such items as a custom-built eight-foot long stainless counter with double sinks, high quality Cusinart cookware, imported dishware and flatware, microwave oven, blender, coffee maker, two large refrigerator-freezers and much, much more. |
A real favorite here at Marau Vale is the magnificent 100-sq. ft. rock enclosed outdoor shower overlooking the gardens and ocean while offering complete privacy. |

| The master bedroom has one king-sized bed. The second bedroom offers one double bed and one twin bed [on request]. All the king-sized and double-sized beds are fitted with pure Egyptian cotton sheets. In addition to the beautiful master bathroom, there is also another 1/2 bath, PLUS the spectacular outdoor shower. |

Daily living however in Fiji finds us mostly out-of-doors, and this is where Marau Vale truly shines. The 1750 sq. ft. of decks and patio offer majestic ocean views and are outfitted with wonderfully comfortable furnishings along with a huge BBQ area |

| The gardens here offer fresh papaya, banana, coconuts and pineapple to consume, and magnificently colorful flower-filled tropical gardens to gaze upon. The 400-foot beach is composed of soft white sand. Taveuni snorkeling is excellent and kayaks are available for rent nearby to get you to the best sites, or to simply escape on one of the nearby totally deserted islands. Or simply swim out in front of the house where the snorkeling can be quite good. |

As transfers are included in the package, we are able to pick you up from the airport, which is only five minutes away by car.

Located near Matei, the "heart" of Taveuni, there is plenty of things to do such as diving, game fishing, adventure and cultural activities and some of the best eateries in Taveuni such as Tramontos Restaurant, Audrey's By the Sea, Vunibokoi Restaurant.
The world famous Bouma National Park with Tavoro falls and Lavena Coastal Walk is only a car trip away, or bus trip, should you be adventurous.
Reef snorkelling is always available as is kayaking, all within minutes by foot.
