| RESERVATIONS/DEPOSITS |
Reservation dates once confirmed will be held for a period of 48 hours. In order to guarantee a confirmed reservation, a deposit of 15% (plus 4% fee if paid by PayPal) is required.
Final payment must be made at least 45 days prior to your Fiji arrival.
All deposit and final payments must be in the form of either bank transfer or credit card payment available through our online secure PayPal payment system.
There are no refunds for the deposit, however your deposit is transferable, for the next 12 months from the date of arrival, should you choose to re-book at a later date. |
| CANCELLATION POLICY |
Cancellations received prior to 45 days of arrival will be charged the full deposit. Cancellations received 45 - 30 days prior to the arrival, will be charged 50% of the total rental. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to your arrival will be 100% non-refundable.
In case of full payment- if a cancellation occurs, then 50% of the total cancellation fee may be applied to a future reservation within a 12 month period. There are no refunds for unused portions of the rental reservations. |
